You would be responsible for managing the front of house team as well as the day to day running of the restaurant.
Skills & Experience
You would need to be commercially minded to understand how to operate profitably
Be a hands on leader and have the skill set to hire, train and manage a front of house team
Understand how to create an unforgettable high end dining experience
Have good wine knowledge
Sell and execute functions and events
Be available to work weekends and evenings
Neat and tidy presentation
Ensure that the restaurant is clean and maintained
Must have RSA certificate
Salary Range $70,000 – $85,000 per year
