Experienced Chef de Partie
Candidates must have proven experience in high volume, fast paced kitchens.
The passion to create quality food with flair and the willingness to work as a team is a must.
Applicants must be Cert IV qualified and have at least 3 years experience.
Duties Include –
*Preparation and service of Food
*Maintaining the standards of the kitchen sanitation and hygiene
*Have a team oriented work ethic
*The ability to work unsupervised
*Lead and develop junior staff
Full Time Salary Package of ($60k -$65K) depending on experience.
