Sons of Mary Brighton is seeking experienced Breakfast chef to join its expanding team.
Candidates must have proven experience in high volume, fast paced Breakfast kitchens.
The passion to create quality food with flair and the willingness to work as a team is a must.
Applicants must be Cert IV qualified and have at least 3 years experience.
Duties Include –
*Preparation and service of Food
*Maintaining the standards of the kitchen sanitation and hygiene
*Have a team oriented work ethic
*The ability to work unsupervised
*Lead and develop junior staff
Full Time Salary Package of ($60k -$65K) depending on experience.
