Key responsibilities:
• Manage a designated section of the kitchen with consistency and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
About you:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
• Solid understanding of kitchen operations and techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and passion for quality food
• Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
